ONLINE LEARNING

Outside Ordinary Reality

One foot in this world, one foot in forever.

Guided by nurse and midwife Shelli Mullins and death doula educator Erin Merelli, this immersive two-day, certificate class is for those called to the sacred work of guiding others through life’s most profound transitions - birth and death. This course is not a lecture in the hard skills of doulaship. This class is a ceremony. It is the space where transformation occurs, when veil workers learn to serve with clarity and reverence.

Funeral Celebrant Training

Funeral Celebrants, also called Officiants or Ceremonialists, are professionals who provide master-of-ceremony services at funerals and memorials. They work closely with family/friends of the deceased to create ceremonies that are highly personalized and intentional.

Celebrants offer an alternative to clergy persons, who are typically obtained through a church. People who are not associated with a church oftentimes don't know where to turn for the support of trained, compassionate Celebrants.

Death Doula Business Class

Have you trained to be a Death Doula but you aren't sure of the next steps to take to get your business off the ground? I get it. The muscles it takes to doula well aren't the same muscles it takes to run a business, but doulaship IS entrepreneurship, so take a seat and lets learn a few things together.

Returning (like a Phoenix) January 2025!

Deathschool has been the beloved cornerstone program at Deathwives for the past 5 years. It is a powerful program that feeds the souls of those who enter. It is a deep and nurturing program, but even wonderful programs need to be updated, re-inspired, elevated. So I read the feedback from hundreds of Deathschool students to learn what you want more of.

Deathschool is returning with more case studies, more time to savor each module - many of our students shared that every class could have been 3 classes because we go so deep - and more ways to integrate what we have learned into real life.

More soon.
