Refunds & Returns
It is important to us that you are fully satisfied with your experience with the products we offer at Erin Merelli. We have different refund policies for different services. Please see below.
Merchandise and Physical Goods
If there is a quality or printing issue with your merchandise, please contact us as soon as possible to initiate a return or replacement. We want you to love your merchandise and will do our best to make sure that our products live up to our quality standards. We cannot offer refunds if you change your mind about a product, or for shipping delays.
Most products are made to order, and as such, there may be delays in the fulfillment and/or shipping at times. If you do not receive your order within 14 days, please contact us with your order number to ensure that your product is delivered as soon as possible.
Live Courses and Workshops
We do not offer refunds for courses or live classes. It is our expectation that students complete their coursework and graduate with their cohort in order to earn a certificate.
If you have paid and not yet accessed the coursework, you may consider offering a one-time gift of your enrollment as a scholarship to a student in need. Contact us to initiate this process.
Digital Products & Recorded Courses
Due to the nature of digital and/or recorded products, they are deemed “used” after download, opening, or receiving the course URL and password via email. All digital, downloadable, and pre-recorded products are non-refundable or exchangeable. If you do not receive the digital product link or URL upon purchasing, you can immediately contact us with your transaction details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
